Our team

Spin Partners was founded in 2000 by Christian Harbulot and Lionel Sinquin. Its team is made up of multi-disciplinary and versatile consultants, all trained in Competitive and Strategic Intelligence.

Christian Harbulot

President

Christian Harbulot develops the activities of influence and advises company managers in that field. He wrote several reference books, including “Le Manuel de l’Intelligence Economique”, (PUF, 2012).

Co-founder of Spin Partners in 2000, Christian Harbulot is one of the builders of Competitive and Strategic Intelligence in France and has created the “economic warfare” concept.

Lionel Sinquin

Managing director

Lionel Sinquin coordinates all the operations inside the firm. He is in charge of large international corporate groups, international institutions and government organisations.

Co-founder of Spin Partners in 2000, Lionel Sinquin is a graduate of the School of Economic Warfare (Ecole de Guerre Economique) and of the “School of Higher International Studies” (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales).

Augustin Roch

Influence Department Manager

Augustin Roch leads Spin Partners’ influence and communication operations. He also leads professional competitive intelligence trainings.

Augustin Roch joined Spin Partners in 2013 as Studies Department Manager. He has a Ph.D in Political Science and completed his thesis while working in a major energy group. Also a graduate of the School of Economic Warfare, he was previously a survey analyst for Amundi.

Kevin Tavernier

Studies Department Manager

Kevin Tavernier oversees the actions of monitoring and analysis run by Spin Partners. He has advanced expertise in monitoring tools, information research and economic security.

Consultant since 2010, he is a graduate of the School of Economic Warfare and has a Master‘s Degree in Business Strategies and International Development.

Bénédicte Simi

Country head Canada

Bénédicte Simi runs the operations of monitoring and analysis in North America and Asia. Based in Montréal, she works through Vigiestrat, Inc., that she manages from the beginning in 2013.

Bénédicte Simi graduates of the School of Economic Warfare and a school in management and marketing. Previously she created the competitive intelligence service of Brink's France, before setting up her own business in Canada.

Vincent Roy

Country head India

Vincent Roy is in charge of strategic and business development activities of Richelieu Advisors, branch dedicated to the Indian market of Spin Partners. He worked four years in India, as project manager and operations engineer in the energy sector. He has a good knowledge of the busy SME ecosystem inside the Mumbai-Bangalore economic corridor.

He owns an MSc in industrial engineering and is a graduate of the School of Economic Warfare.

Arnaud Direz

Consultant

Arnaud Direz is specialised in strategic actions of monitoring and analysis.

He joined Spin Partners in 2008 after having worked in the automotive and insurance industries. Arnaud Direz has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and is a graduate of the School of Economic Warfare.

Pierre Poullaouec

Consultant

Pierre Poullaouec leads actions of monitoring, analysis and perception management, mainly online. He is the coordinator of the Lobbying Competition.

He joined Spin Partners in 2012 after having worked in embassy, NGOs and major companies. Pierre Poullaouec is a graduate of the Toulouse Institute for Political Studies (IEP) and the School of Economic Warfare.

Artus Huot de Saint Albin

Consultant

Artus Huot de Saint Albin leads actions of monitoring and analysis, mainly online.

He joined Spin Partners in 2014, after experiences as parliamentary assistant and consultant for Airbus. He is a graduate of the School of Economic Warfare and has a Master’s Degree in International Relations. He previously accomplished his third year of undergraduate degree in History at the University of Manchester.

Apolline Chorand

Consultant

Apolline Chorand leads actions of monitoring and analysis, mainly online.

She joined Spin Partners in 2017, after communication and philanthropy experiences in a local authority and a major company from electricity sector. She is a graduate of NEOMA Business School and the School of Economic Warfare.
